What would you choose?

I think I would choose slots, because roulette is a bit more complicated in my opinion. Slots are simple, the only important thing is to choose the right bet and you can enjoy the game.

Well, Roulette has some very easy bets like Red/Black or Odd/Even and a smaller house edge.

Roulette is definately more, you can use a strategy within a budget, and even come out on top with decent luck.

Well, don't forget that we're talking about someone with no experience, so they can't really use any strategy.
But still, I agree with you, Roulette is a better choice IMO.
