Hello. In a MTT, I have most luck with aces in early position, but favor kings for late position. Overall win% AA takes the prize by 8%..

In cash games, I had much better win% with kings in all positions than aces. KK with an average 92% and AA averaging 72% wins.

I totally agree... I seem to be very unlucky with AK.

AK is just a hand hoping it hits the flop which it will only do 30% of the time. Two over cards on an unhit flop will just drag you along to turns and rivers where you end up losing too many times to mid to bottom pairs that just refuse to fold to river bets lol

I often lost when opening the pot with a KK hand with an AK, but also often won with a KK hand with a player AK.:smile:

In a cash game I would prefer KK. In the tourney, I'd easily go allin preflop with both. Depends on some situation I'd raise or call allin with AK suited on a cash game too. (regarding the position). But more like won't 4/5 bet in regular spots in a cash game.

I will go all in with KK all day on the other hand AK takes a little more time to think about. But most the time I am going all in with it as well especially if the same suit.
