Most of my losses in poker come from bad plays or bad decisions.
Open your heart:).
Most of the times when I am defeated is bad mood and lack of focus I think luck is not an obstacle for me, yes if luck is on my side it will be more fun and success

I guess it starts with a bad play then it leads to bad luck but since it's bad play it's only fair to lose (y)

I believe it's a little of both. It depends on the player's level of play.

i agree, most of losses comes from bad decisions and play.
sometimes i can be very unlucky, taking a bad beat, but mostly bad decisions lead to to losses
It takes lots of insight to admit this, and hopefully we can improve our play

Of course, there are bad decisions that turn into a bad game, but most often I'm unlucky, especially when it takes two or three outs to the last street of the open.

I feel a bunch of that too. About online, because I'd never played alive, but, by watching those games I deeply believe the randomization is quite coherent rather than that showed by the RNG's. I also feel that aces come too frequently on the streets.

So last night playing a home game tournament, I was low on chips and a good hand comes along so I go all in with AQ. Fold fold fold 1 caller, fold fold fold. He has Q9. I've got him dominated. The guy hits a straight and I'm out. Was It a bad play Should I have min raised instead of all in? Maybe had other callers at the small raise? See if my hand improved before going all in? I don't see this as bad play, I see it as bad luck.
