That could be but it also depends where you are posting, too.

I'm sorry we didn't get back to you till now. Did you happen to look at the first post of this thread? There is a link to the Bronze Level passwords and a list of all the freerolls open to Bronze Level members. I know there was a PokerStars freeroll for those in Germany today but unfortunately, the other PokerStars freerolls for Sundays are open to members who have achieved Platinum Level password access.

For some reason I don't get the silver membership,I have the requirements but no silver.

Our records tell me that you should have Silver Level access.

Given your current member status, you are eligible to play in the Bronze Level freerolls. However, the next freeroll you are eligible to play is the Saturday PokerStars freeroll. Take a look at the first post for the link to the Bronze Level freeroll passwords.
