No.
There are some freerolls offered to members will less than 25+ posts. (this means open to All Members)
There are a few more freerolls for members with 25+ posts.
And all freerolls are open to members who have achieved Freeroll Club status, which means 75+ posts and a posting review.

Then we have a few more freerolls for members who have 25+ posts.
And members who have achieved 75+ posts plus a posting review are eligible for ALL freerolls.
