Do you feel a little embarrassed getting caught bluffing?

Never embarrassed, only laying the groundwork for future plays. It's only embarrassing if you get caught every time.

Not really, I just usually try to re-evaluate what i just did, and spot what i did wrong to prevent it in future.

Not at all. Bluffing is a part of this game. I always say that you can't win a tournament without bluffing.

I dont get embarrassed, at all if i get caught bluffing. I just see that it is a part of the game. I really wish i knew how to bluff. Also if you bluff , it has to be at the right time. Some players bluff, all the time and show cards. Then the next time you are in a hand , with them you call and get head handed to them. I havent ever really tried to bluff, only cause a couple of times i tried i got caught. So for myself i dont like bluffing.

I don't get embarrassed for bluffing, sometimes when I pull of a ridiculous bluff like playing the board I would show the cards just to mess with other players to set them up for when I do get a hand.

Though I do fall into the trap sometimes when someone re-raises my semi-bluffs and my pride tells me to keep going...

No, maybe if I was caught playing badly but not for bluffing. And things like semi-bluffs where you still have a lot of equity are standard.

Getting called while bluffing is always an option and I calculate that into my decision whether or not to bluff. I try to only bluff when it has a high likely hood of working, but I do always feel a little silly when I'm caught.

Bluffing its part of the game, so don't be. If you get caught bluffing it can be used to create a strategy that may serve latter in game. For example: Time to time in MTTs i play four or five hand with small amounts bluffing and i always get caught.
This will be enough to categorize me as bluffer and villains will tend to call me often in hands after that.
Here i change the way of play only with premium hands and play them as bluffs and mostly i fish big.

I feel exposed and at the same time it always helps. because when you have a good hand and you bet they will think that it is a bluff and sometimes they end up paying more

not at all, its part of the game, and actually, if someone thinks you are bluffing often, you can take a lot of chips when you have a strong hand

I'm not ashamed to get caught bluffing. It's natural to bluff any of the plays. I try not to create a bluff routine. I try to vary depending on the bluff and the actual plays. But I make small bluffs and most of the time when I have more chips than my opponent.
