AK....I always want to see the flop, but if nothing falls it's hard to stay in against aggressive play.

I'm not sure, but I remember a hand where I had a straight flush going down, while my opponent had the straight flush going up, since there was an 8, 9, 10 of clubs on the board. We both had more than 250BB in NL5, that one hurt.

AK.

If I have AK, it rarely improves.
If I have a big pair (KK, or lower), it will be run down with AK.
But if I have pocket tens, they usually win for me against anything (including AA, AK etc. )

I don't know why I always lose to AA KK and QQ, and always against players who pay with bad hands.

I'm losing the most from the blinds... doesn't really matter what the holdings. I'm working on it though - - making improvements on my BvB play and fighting back with 3Bets out of the SB.

I think my hands where I lose very often are 33 and 44, they are hands that are very difficult to win.

Jacks has a reputation as a losing hand, however I think the hand that loses the most in the long term is 5-2, but if played with the right strategy, that is, in a multi-way pot where it is cheap to complete the bet, it can yield a good value and it will be difficult for opponents to read correctly...

Pocket Kings for me. It is a premium starting hand, so the expectations are high for a big win, which makes it twice as hard to fold when the ace pops up on the flop.

Yes, I use pokertracker 4 and regularly look at my statistics and compare hands that I often lose to know if I'm playing them wrong.

I really relate to your experience — especially with AJo. That hand can feel strong preflop, but often puts you in tricky spots postflop, especially when you're dominated by AQ, AK, or even slow-played monsters. I've learned to tighten up with AJo in early positions or just flat in certain spots to avoid getting trapped.

As for QQ, it's one of those "beautiful but dangerous" hands. It's so strong preflop that it's easy to overcommit, but postflop, especially on ace or king-high boards, it can turn into a tough hand to play. I’ve been trying to slow down on wet boards and play more pot-control postflop when facing aggression — particularly from tight players.

I have two hands that has been giving me an equivalent loss. Almost 4x more than my third worst hand which is A9 where I saw only 39% of the flops.

The worst hands are:
QQ with 84% of the flops seen and 71% of the aggressiveness. This hand usually takes a lot of bad beat on the river.
The second is AJo with 68% of the flops seen and 74% of the aggressiveness. I tend to control myself with AQ hands - because I know that the chances of this domination is very great.

Is that you? Do you know why you lose?
What have you done to evolve your game?
I lose most AA in value, and most value against AA 😂😂😂 some 50/50 with the bad and good runs

Pocket Jacks, for sure! 😅
Looks strong preflop, but after the flop... it’s always a coin flip or worse.
I call them the “troublemakers.”

I'm in a similar situation.
AQ is strong against hands like AJ and KQ, and it's relatively easy to get value from them.
QQ, on the other hand, is in a tough spot not only against AA and KK, but also whenever an Ace or King appears on the board.

These days, I treat it as a slightly lower-tier hand and try to avoid taking unnecessary risks with it.
