Some slowrollers get "punished" for their behavior:

I always assume someone I don't know isn't a POS until they prove it. Therefore I assume the OP simply mis-typed or doesn't know the difference between the two.

Now let me ask you question. Why should I assume he's a POS before knowing him?

PS. There's plenty of poker players out there who don't know the difference between the two or that both are completely different.

Cheers!!!
I think we're talking at cross purposes, but nevermind:ROFLMAO:

I have never slow rolled anyone before. I think making a bigger target for yourself at the table might not be wise.
I have seen it live before and it never fails to deliberately piss a person off.
Now don’t get me wrong, personally when I am playing live low stakes, I love seeing this stuff. It is totally entertaining. It has happened to me and when it did I laughed because I actually thought it was funny. This is just a game and so many people get bent out of shape about it. Why would you let someone tilt you? Just laugh and move on, don’t let anyone get to you. The very next decision you make could be the one that gets you further in the tournament or sees you out the door, so we need a clear head.

I would never intentionally slow roll unless it was against an idiot doing the same thing.
However I would slow play if a situation comes up to my liking.

This lines up with what I was thinking….and I agree on play style as well. Although I don’t slow play often as it usually burns me.

I'm not particular about doing it, but if the time requires it, yes.

Slowrolling in poker — when a player with a winning hand intentionally delays revealing it at showdown to create false hope for their opponent — is generally considered **bad etiquette** and **disrespectful**, especially in live games. While it's technically within the rules, it's frowned upon by most players because it disrupts the flow of the game and can come off as gloating or mocking. In casual or friendly games, it can damage relationships; in professional settings, it can harm your reputation. Exceptions might exist in joking situations among close friends, but overall, it's best to reveal your winning hand promptly and respectfully.

I usually avoid slowrolling—it’s not really my style. I think it can come off as disrespectful, and building good table etiquette is important in the long run. That said, I understand why some players see it as a psychological tactic. Personally, I prefer to let my cards do the talking without the theatrics.

No, never.
I think it's the most disgusting thing in poker.
I respect my opponents too much to do it.

Sometimes you have to play with a card, and sometimes you have to play with a player.

I do not slow roll, While i do understand why some do I don't as I feel its is not a classy move.

The problem is slow rolling does get some people bother but it also opens you up to be seen. When it happens to me especially, I pay more attention to the player. Its not about getting revenge but I take more note on the player.

No.
I personally find it unnecessary and unpleasant.
I compare this type of attitude to sore losers who don't accept defeat and are very disrespectful to those who beat them.

Whenever possible I slow down the game, it gives me an advantage. Flat calling can be a form of slow play. This is a deceptive play in poker when I make a weak or passive bet with strong cards.Slow poker is considered a no-no for most real players.
