Do you take days off from poker every week or do you play everyday?

When I'm at home I play every day. But since I have to go on business trips, I can't play every day. And I think this is good. Because it is necessary to rest from the game.

I don't have a fixed schedule, i can go weeks without playing poker. It really is a hobby with me & i have a love/hate relationship with it. I don't rely on making money from poker, if i do then great, i'm past the point in deluding myself about making a living from the game. It just fun for me..

It depends on my time. For example i have since January that i havent played. I will stay off until next month!

It's clear that I can't play every day because I'm not a professional player. Even they do not play 7 days out of 7, they also make a break, which from my point of view is beneficial. They accumulates stress, fatigue, a lot of sedentariness sitting at the computer 8-10 hours a day. That's why I think a real player comes out of home a lot when he's not playing poker, traveling, playing sports, many outdoor activities, eating in the city, etc. Instead for me it's about the confidence, there were awful weeks of bad-beats and it disappointed me a bit, when taking a break of about 3 days. But otherwise I can not detach from the PC or phone as the case may be.
