I have a soft spot for pocket 7s…this was my first winning hand in my first live tournament…I went from last (8th) in a ten player tournament to 5th…I was really nervous…my father’s pride was on the line, since my 10 year old son expected me to win…I just wanted to make sure I didn’t come in last, so I played very conservatively until two players were eliminated in one hand…it was shortly after that I went all in with the pocket 7s and they held up.
