Sorry I can't remember who said it but When he lost a hand to a bad beat and was knocked out of the game he said "Well that was Unfortunate"

That phrase has helped my simple mind avoid any Phil Helmuth rage stirring inside of me.

I just tell myself "Well that was unfortunate" and the bad beat is in the oh well bin.

And on the rare occasion I win on a Suck Out I think to myself "Thanx for playing":ciao:
