I like that Gabe at least seems to be hitting his stride again. The intro to the latest episode started out horrible but he made it pay off beautifully with the "this is what you're going to become" line

I didn't realize how much I'd miss AJ. It just has a weird feel with Gabe talking to himself. Not having AJ there to laugh at his jokes is brutal!

gabe's the same, still has the same sense of humour, just nowhere as funny as the previous seasons without AJ by his side to roll his humour off. on a side note, love the action in this season.

wow .. did you actually post links to all the new episodes... if so thanks. I love this show..but think they made a mistake not bringin AJ back. And what ever happened to the eye candy woman that was on the 1st show I watched. I missed a few, but didnt see her on the shows I watched last night. Even tho it is still great poker and a great informative commentary (Gabe is really a very knowledgable and informative host, the entertainment and comedy value dropped signifigantly when the lost /let go of AJ. Just my stupid opinion ..lol

I think the 500k he had on the table affected the KQ and JJ hands.

I think calling Doyle's allin was a big mistake from Negreanu. Doyle doesn't go allin with nothing...he's a pretty tight player. Daniel should have known that his pair of 6 wouldn't be enough.

I loved the latest episode. Some sick hands and a bunch of funny moments.

D'you think you've pretty much got to quit life when even Doyle Brunson is taking the piss out of you at the table? His Hellmuth impression was gold

At the start of the season I was missing AJ solely because Gabe's routine seemed to have been thrown off - he really didn't contribute anything else to the show. Now that Gabe is finding his rhythm solo I really couldn't care less that AJ is gone.

Really boring season... only Gabe keeping up the show.

It was a huge mistake to fire his colleague. Gabe isn't as funny as he was before.
I miss the big monster clashes. There were very few of them.

Wow that was a great season finale. Some great hands .. Doyle vs Lex, Eli vs Phil, Eli vs Tom, and Daniel vs Phil. There were 2 "hero" calls, one worked and the other didn't. Now the hard part...waiting for the next season.

I liked the Season pretty much... Gabe had some really funny moments and as an Ivey fan I was happy to see him play almost every episode, was a bit dissapointed that he left in the end but Galfond was a nice compensation!
BTW I miss Sammy Farha in those tv cashgames...
