Hole Cards: See them when dealt, or wait your turn?

I always tend to see my hand right away they deal me, so I get psyched up about what I'm going to do. if i discard or i will play

I prefer to watch when it's my turn so I can get any read (never usually) on others and also don't give any (to the one max observating player at my stakes).

It's been a few years since I played live poker at all and I was told back then that it was better to wait until everyone got their cards and only see what you have when it's your turn. Of course, I'm not a professional either, but I couldn't tell who had good cards and who didn't. In online poker, I wouldn't know how to prevent the cards from being seen immediately. And to be honest, I'm also happy that you can see them immediately because then I usually know immediately what to do with them fold or play

Always see when they are dealt, I really can’t get those pros at feature table only looking when it’s their turn, I think is just to annoy everyone, even the audience.
