i just get back up and hope the next tourn i play in i do better. we cant win all the time but we try.

Currently on one myself. So speaking from current experience, I'm reflecting upon how I played those hands and which ones I folded. In my view I played it correctly each hand I was dealt and I was still knocked out.

I think self analysis of whether the losing streak is truly just variance catching up with you or whether there's something that needs to change in your game is the key to making losing streaks bearable. It happens to everyone... but not everyone learns or can handle it. Do what you can to improve yourself while it happens so you can enjoy the times that you're on the winning side.

I too mostly play cash. Sometimes, I play tourneys. Tourneys take a lot of time that I cannot afford.

Take a breather and come back once I'm focused again. Usually this breather lasts an hour or two. Worst thing you can do is play a session while on tilt.

I am on a permanent losing streak to date after 6 years of playing. I am yet to win more than I have lost so you just got to keep it in focus. Only play with money you can afford to lose. You cant let your loses accumulate or keep track of them as much as you just come back to the table with a clean slate and start from zero. If you win you can start keeping track of your wins and eventually you will have a bankroll and then your challenge is to keep building your bankroll in the right direction. But yeah what most people have said take a break from an immediate losing streak in a session dont play tilted.

Never recovered, so another losing month to notch up unfortunatly.

the problem is that it seems to be so unfair.and sometimes even rigged.why when you deposit all the things go your way (evenin casinos) and when you start to withdraw ...you cannot win a single f flip.that`s the biggest frustration beacause you don`t even can think about game beeing rigged cause that will mean that you are a fish.i hope that one day we will find the truth and all that tilt that players had suffered for someone else to make a bigger profit to repay in hell
