How do you concentrate when playing poker?

This is not a problem for me. I only play poker for 2-3 hours a day, so I can easily stay focused during that time.

Being energetic, having rested, wanting to play, being really free to face poker hands, enjoying the game. When there is a predisposition, concentration is taken for granted, on the other hand when conditions are not favorable I have to fight a bit to obtain it.

Live, I either want to be there or not, the focus is there. I believe invested in figuring the people out over the cards, and until i can do that cards help a ton.

Online, anything for light noise. nothing towards sporting events or movie. Just a light music feed or comedy.

What I have found to help me is play poker video's in the background. I guess my mind will not just be hearing the banter but will keep focused on poker. No sure why it works.

Listening to music that you like or relax, you should not be distracted by watching social networks while playing, the type of music that I listen to the most is electronic and when I want to motivate myself I listen to hip hop
