How do you turn off the poker part of your brain to sleep!

I have the same problem, I can be doing anything and I keep rethinking hands and how they played out. I guess it's just part of the game, it helps me understand more when I am playing.

after playing poker i actually think of the times when i fold a hand and should have won if not folded , i try to think how much i should have won from that hand and how much my money would have ended if i didnt fold but thats it after thinking that hand upto 5 times its over unlike when you play slot machines you just dont think about your plays but you keep on hearing the slot machine sound and that sound wont stop, making you want to play more.
