It's pretty nice that you have to discover that for yourself! We all have pretty different mindset.

I have a similar situation. Sometimes it also seems to me that I will not be able to win after several failures. I try to take breaks between games and improve as a player, your morale also plays a big role, so you should always think soberly and not despair.

Sorry, but judging by the statistics, you do not need motivation, but training !!!

Playing on a site you have confidence on is helpful. My experience with changing sites is a "band aid" fix. What ever is going wrong will came around again. If it variance, the site will not matter or small leaks will show up where ever you play.

It can be a few really small details, coupled with variance that will be frustrating. Looking over hand history for playing out of position, not getting value on winning hands and over playing marginal hands can make the difference.

Please let us know what turned things around for you. Always nice to read the results of a post, regardless of the outcome.

How do you stay motivated and want to play poker every day if your losing streak lasts for more than 2 weeks and it seems that you will never get a good result again? I have reached the point where I am tired of playing pokerstars, it is a room that has many things in favor but many others against, I do not want to delve into the subject, but I consider playing more in ACR from now on. Surely the change of room will generate new expectations for me, since many of the leagues end or have already finished this month. Anyway I think PS is a room that has robbed me of the desire to play haha.

I recommend that you do what you say in the respective comment, switch rooms and look for new experiences, be sure to play the game, poker is relaxing when you understand it.
