no one has to read them if they feel it is hard to read or to difficult to, just skip over it, its not like my posts or poker hands are interesting or worth a dam.

It's just that it's not that hard to convert (copy, paste, hit convert button, copy, paste here) and it serves the purpose of not only making it easier to read but also making it so the other players can't google their names and find your discussion of the hand. Maybe not a huge deal at $3 tourneys but a decent habit to get into. Plus why do you post it if you don't want people to read it?

Don't know why but been finding it difficult to focus last few days so I've either been not playing or cutting sessions short... which is what I should be doing when I'm not playing great.

If I can get focused and stay that way I could make platinum for the first time..

Back from home game !

It was extremely fun. Poker is 1000 time more fun when u can handle chips, look at people, etc.

Bubbled the final table in the tourny. 10/26 First 4 pay. Had the starting stack or less the entire time. Doubled up a couple of times when I was down to 3k. Some suckouts. My Q7s > KJos AIPF when I was lowest Q7x flop with 3 spades when he had Ks. Later My aces got cracked by 66 shortstack shove 6 on flop. Then final hand I bluffshoved open ender on turn vs a bigish stack when he already had the str8 on turn. That was my final hand.

Next time I'm not gonna play the tourney imo. The rake is high and it's not in my BRM imo. Also cash games is where its at

Sat down at the cash table with 50 euros blinds 0.5/1. Some had around a 50 or slightly bigger stack. There were some shortstackers tho. 3rd hand I get dealt JJ, I standard open, 14 euro stack shoves w/ AKo, obv I call. Flop AA 2 hearts . Turn another heart so I had a flushdraw as well. River J for the shippage.

Not long after that I get AJos and open. btn or sb I can't remember just flats. He has me covered slightly with about 65 euros. Flop JTx rainbow. I cbet, he raises. I tank. He said If you shove I call and then he said he shouldn't have said that. I thought some more but couldn't lay it down so I shoved and he snapped with AA. Turn J for the insta lol and very nice moniez coming my way.

Then some guys left, the guy to my right who was solid and said he played 25/50 on PS but quit recently because of downswing left as well which was nice. It was 3 handed with a huge loose passive fish who I had position on. He also had about 60 euros in his stack. And then a shortstacker with about 15 left. I raise btn with 7c6c shortstacker raises to 10 fish flats and so do I. Flop 76x with 2 spades. Shortstack shoves and its about 6 more, fish calls and so do I. Turn 8c and I bet 15 euros. Fish flats and river is 4s for another FML. It goes check check.

Shortstack had QQ and fish had 94, or so he said later . Then we broke.

So after about 25 minutes of cash game I cashed out 162 euros. So a nice afternoon and I even made it back in time for the teamevent .
Net profit is 72 euros I think. Not bad.

Oh and some of the people made me laugh. The shortstacker was mad because I called with 76s preflop. And I said it played good multiway to which he replied it wasn't multiway, it was 3-way lol. And earlier during the first break of the tourney I heard the loosepassive fish say PS was totally rigged because you only win once every 7 hands according to him. He said: 'Really if you pay attention you see that's true, I mean it makes sense !' And I did my best not to laugh my head off.

On a side note, this month is the worst feeling month ever for me. Not losing all that much, but the fact that I'm not winning is killing me. At times I truly felt like I've lost my touch in the game and that I should retire and find another career. Talks with Jared about the long-run remind me what poker's really about, but goddamn it feels like I just lost it sometimes.

I'm getting to that point where I feel like poker is out to get me or some bullshit like that. sigh. Just gotta keep grinding and pull myself out of this rut.

I know the feeling Chuck. I've had it a few times during long break-even stretches. Just look at your lifetime graph and remind yourself that you are easily a winning player. Also, maybe play a couple sessions at 100NL and just crush people to get your confidence back.
