Do you know is complete footage possible to get hold of for some of the previous years final tables?

Your best bet would be to write to ESPN and ask them. They have the footage and the control of it. Sometimes networks will sell you older made for tv movies and whatnot. It's possible that ESPN might do that upon request. Have no idea how much it would cost.
