Last year's I play with money that I can afford to lose , I do not play recklessly anymore . Of course sometimes I might go on tilt , lose bankroll for stupid tilt , either on poker or casino , but this money is to play , I have control over expenses , gamble money is to gamble and have fun , do there is no problem nowadays .but I started playing poker yes , then there was problem . After many losses and everyday deposits I was forced to see the reality, couldn't keep on playing like this

i only play with money i win from tournaments, because of that it's usually very more and also money which i don't care much about. when I use that money in a spin and go I'm still playing at my best but then if I've only got pennies left, i don't really care about it and go wild

I think that the fact you have recognised where your going wrong is an amazing plus my friend!!! Don’t beat yourself up to badly because like you I have been there and I am almost certain that a good 80% plus on this site at some point have spent more than they should on some form of gambling after all we all gamble right? I think the biggest thing when playing poker is bankroll management and if you can controll this you will be a hell of a lot more happy and successful… we all dream of playing those $5200 tourneys on pokerstars but the reality is very few of us can afford to do that and even more so we would probably get eaten alive by pro’s and sharks lol start playing micro tourneys and get good at them first my friend sure the prizes aren’t that great but there’s 2 key points… you learn a hell of a lot playing in them and you learn bankroll management and as you get better your bankroll gets bigger until one day you’ll step up in stakes further and further and eventually you’ll be playing those big tourneys with no fear at all because the belief in your ability will be strong and if you lose you have no worries because your healthy bankroll management will ensure you haven’t lost much at all and if you feel like your losing to much at the bigger stakes just step back down and build again… remember Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither was a bankroll so have patience and believe in yourself and also don’t be afraid to learn … sharpening your skills is a great thing ❤️🙂 happy playing my friend and hope to see you on the tables some time 🙏

I don't see how much I'm going to lose. first because it is money that I have previously budgeted to play poker (high probability of losing it) starting from there I try to give the best possible performance to try to take advantage of it.

Sometimes I have a problem with the appropriate money. When I win some tourney and money and must go to the next step is increase my bankroll then for me losing several tournaments in a row is painful and can cause a tilt.

Over time i have learned one very important lesson playing poker. This post was inspired by another users post. It really got me thinking that this may be one of the most important aspects of playing poker. Almost every time i have played at a live cash game with very limited funds, it usually doesn't end up good. Me personally, i end up playing with scared money and end up getting pushed around by bigger stacks resulting in me folding either what is the winning hand or what turns into the winning hand after one of my outs hits the turn or river after folding to a bet or raise that i was scared to call strictly because of having very little or nothing at all to rebuy with. I have learned to resist the urge to play unless it will not have a significant impact on me if i were to lose. I also definitely play better without the stress of being broke if i lose whats on the table

Never play poker or even gamble if you can not afford to loose, cardinal rule. You will loose

You should always play only with the money you can afford to lose.
You won't be playing your best game with the money you can't afford to lose, coz you would be stressed to much,
