If to speak about online poker, then I consider that the level of the Russian players is one many higher than an average. At least on those limits on which I play. For example in the SnG tournaments on 45 players where on average about ten Russians at a final table get usually the person 3-4 of these 10.

I'm wondering if Vladimir Putin play poker as well like his peoples. Does he like bluffing as well ? He play at the high stakes or just making his bankroll from freerolls ? ... pffff ... you do realize if you win against him you win against Russia ?
Anywway, about the question...not sure what's higher at russians : knowledge or luck ? And if they are so lucky then what's the best method to play against them when you loose everytime even if you have the better preflop hand ?
