Should Slow Rolls Be Penalized?

I will say that I slowroll in poker. If there was a rule saying you not allowed to slowroll, then I wouldn't do it. Penalty will be maybe banned from the current game that I'm playing.

Everyone has the right to play as he wants, within the accepted rules. Everyone has the right to use their time as they see fit. If you're in a hurry, you shouldn't start playing poker.

When it comes to online poker and slourol, I don’t think most of the cases are intended to be more likely due to the large number of tables the player is playing.
But offline poker punishment is one to execute))) Just kidding, I think a penalty for a circle will be enough)

The penalty is being disrespected by your fellow players. At the end of the day it doesn't make the game any less "fair" or enjoyable (other than being a bit rude), so I don't see why it should be punished.

Slowroll is not the same as the slowplay action, slowroll is when you are facing an all-in and you have (most of the times) the nuts and you are stalling your call. You do it in purpose just to annoy your opponent.

Slow play is something like under-represent your hand and let the villain keep betting in order to trap him etc.

IMO is not necessary to have a penalty or a ban or something like that but I find it an act of a ''small'' person. Especially against unknown opponents etc.

Reading through this thread it appears many don't know the difference between a slowroll, slowplay or just plain playing slowly using the time bank.

I'm not sure what kind of penalty could be implemented for slowrolling, live fair enough there could be something when a dealer spots it, online I'm not sure how that would be policed, othe factors such as playing many tables or just being distracted could come into it, I've seen the time sometimes when my table doesn't pop up as it should I look at the table and have someone shoved on my BB when I have AA, get the call in with seconds to spare, that could look like a slowroll form the opponents point of view.

I assume this is to tilt people but do not consider a respectful way to play. But sometimes this can be easily done by accident when multi-tabling but then obviously this is not actually slow-rolling.

A slow roll is nothing to do with the blind speed. It is when you win a hand but delay flipping you cards over so run the clock normally when you have the nuts and are last to act. I assume the intention is to tilt the opponent.
