My laptop stands on a special stand and connected two additional fans that are included separately. This provides good cooling. Especially helps in the hot season.

Thanks for the good information, but for my laptop I bought myself an excellent stand to cool and helps when the laptop is overheating!

joeisi is right, but is not without risk, worse, maybe does not solve your problem.

'cheap' laptops, even when new can hardly get rid of the heat when the cpu is running 100% for longer time.
With time, dust buildup and dried out cooling paste make it worse.
The fix, as many have said: get a laptop cooler, but check that the air intake on your is on the bottom (many new ones have the intake at the back and this does not work).
If you want to use your laptop for heavy duty: you may need to purchase a 'gaming/multimedia or workstation' type laptop, these are designed to run at 100% load.
Note: even the gaming/workstation laptops will get more hot over time.

If you are in a jam and can't get thermal paste you can make an alternative that can work for couple month - Tootpaste and vaseline mixture will substitute. I can tell you it 100% works from experience.

It is easier to buy a new good computer and not worry about the old worn thing.

That is great advice. I've had to take the laptop to the A/C or a fan in the past.
