What body position do you think is better to play?

Hi all!

At the beginning I used the classic position of sitting next to the pc desk then I also incorporated lying on the bed with an inclined backrest. This last position is comfortable for long tournaments!

I like to alternate between standing and sitting

If I sit for too long my body doesn't feel good, the same is true if I stand too long

Having an adjustable desk is a great investment as it allows me to have the best of both worlds :burnout:

Definitely sitting up straight, but get up and stretch often to keep the blood circulation flowing to the brain as it for sure helps the decision making as well.

I play on pc but am going to buy a laptop soon so I can play in bed and relax!! I won't fall asleep while playing though like I know some people can;t handle laying down while tired, I kind of envy those people though.
