What do you do when you're on tilt?

Short term measures like taking deep breath and skipping few hands after bad beat can help but long term solution is to find and fix the reasons causing tilt. This is not easy task but jared tendler's book "mental game of poker" helped me to improve this aspect of my game.

What I would do is KEEP calm

Keep your emotions in check.

Stay away for a few hands.

Don't enter anymore pots for at least one orbit. The get-it-all-back mentality is hard to shake.
