Definitely online poker. Just because you can grind a lot of tables rather than sticking to playing 1 hand at a time. But live poker is fun though.

I think online you can make more money cause you can multitabling but in live poker you can find weaker players and you can focus more on just one table

My experience is only online poker, but I believe that live poker is more profitable with the strategies and plays. Not to mention that there are no “bugs” to say the least 😅

Well, it is really hard to earn any reasonable money online, so I guess life is more profitable.

Online for tournaments because I can play a lot of them at the same time. For me, online is better in terms of hourly pay and convenience. In person is better for pleasure. It's more fun in person, there's more communication, and there are a lot more recreational players.

I think that online poker is more profitable, at least for me. This is due to my location, in the Caribbean. There are very few live homegames / ring tables that I have the bankroll to keep playing. Online, I can play freerolls and micro stakes with no fear of going broke. I have also made withdrawals from online sites and my live winnings are not close to my online bankroll.

I suppose those people who live in states with many huge poker games and high roller stakes may beg to differ. Other players, who are very good at reading people, may also lean toward live poker since they have an edge. However, online poker sites are the best place to play for me!

For me it's better online, because I have little capital, someday when I'll have good capital if I would like to play live.

It depends on your bankroll. When you play online, you don't know most of them unless you're a regular on a small App, but keep in mind that players are much more aggressive in person, the number of bluffs increases and they'll also be able to predict you a little more, so as a recommendation you shouldn't have a small gaming range, I'm doing better at cash games in person lately. But I play with the same ones online and I'm doing just fine. Just remember that your range of playable hands varies from place to place and the number of hands played in online VPIP should be lower than in person.

For me it would likely be live poker.
They are much more looser at the live tables.
So more cash to be made:LOL:

Online poker is more profitable for several reasons. You can play multiple MTTs at the same time — you can have 15 tournaments running simultaneously. In live poker, the most you can play is one tournament at a time, so the difference is enormous. You’re able to put in real volume. The secret to poker is studying and playing a huge amount of volume, and to do that, it has to be online. That’s why online poker is much more profitable than live poker.

The only exception is if you are extremely good — one of the best in the world — and able to achieve an enormous ROI in live poker, winning millions of dollars. But that’s one in a million; very few people can do that. So, for most players, online poker is much easier and much more profitable.

Live poker means more money to play and less money to win! In contrast, online poker brings together 3,000 people in an online casino, and the prize can be much bigger and the buy-in smaller, while a real casino only has 300 people.

Well, the biggest guarantees are in live poker tournaments. You can see the cards being dealt and it's a more regulated environment. I guess I will occasionally have doubts about the fairness of online poker. However, in those tournaments with big guarantees the payout is very top heavy and getting to those places is very difficult. So many coin flips that you could lose just to get there.

I think it depends on the type of player you are and weather you feel comfortable playing live while for example your family's at home far away. Or if you really need to see the people on the table live in front of you to be able to read and feel the situation properly despite of your family waiting for you at home. Weather you need the fame or not. Nowadays I think it is possible to win just as much money online as offline. Everyone has to decide for themselfs.

beat the bi opportunity, the off line played bi cash, either for fun or for a specific player, in tournaments there is a lot of variance and prebile is illusory

In my opinion, online gaming is attractive because it allows you to open multiple screens simultaneously, thus increasing your winnings.
