There's just my wife and I at home now, and she does not play or understand poker. Before getting married, my son played poker online since he was 12 years old...in fact, he signed up for Cardschat...I took over when he played more XBox than poker.

My brother and cousin were the first people in my family I taught poker to, way back when I started learning myself. They played seriously for a few years before life took them in other directions. Even now, they still remember the rules and understand the game.”
