Hello guys!

Who's never lost with pair of AA? I'm posting here an image of an MTT I'm playing at GGPoker... I get pissed when that happens.... Hehehehe....
I have a record this week of losing to AA: with doubles with triplets, with straights. Not to mention KK, where is the justice in Poker?

Be cautious even with AA

The percentage of losing AA is mathematically 80%, the biggest problem is not if you lose or win with AA, the big problem that is not talked about much is that when you lose with AA, the stack you lose is always much greater than with the rest hands, that's why you always have to be very careful, especially when you are near the prizes against players with a lot of stack

WHO DOSENT? BUT WHEN YOU HAVE PLAYED A LOT, MAYBE IS COSTUMBER, EVEN THAT, IS NOT FEEL WEEL, MORE WHEN THE HAND AGAINST YOU LOOSE IS 2 7. THAT HAPPENS OFTEN IN POKERSTARS, ANYBODY KNOWS WHY?
That's interesting to other sites with pocket AA we'll have loesing as in pokerstars. I don't have an accounts and i don't ask you, but so many people have been saying thàts it. For me and for my practice in pokerstars it's 50/50.

The last hands I mentioned were just me and the villain. That's why I mentioned it. I'm not saying that AA pair are no longer winners, but in my hands they're not being.

Was asking based on the odds for how many are in the hand. HU you are 80% to win and for each person in the hand, it decreases 20%. Isolating those in the hand increases the winning percentage.

Running that hand with a large sample size (way more than 100), it should be real close to the odds pre-flop. It was in my case for the first 10 years of playing. Just don't play enough any more to spend the time looking for leaks or hands that I'm losing money on.

Glad to see the last sentence in your reply. AA is still a winner, just seeing the variance side of it.

I don't know what's going on. The AA pairs really aren't giving me luck. And other pairs too. I always lose to smaller pairs than mine.

The funny thing is, in live poker I don't lose so much with AA. Is the problem the random software?

We all got to lose at some point with the pair of AA now sometimes the best thing is to know how to play it to give value to the pool or to ensure your victory or ultimately fold

Thank you for your reply. I liked your post. No matter how many times I lose, I'll never stop believing.

A strong hug brother.

Todos nós temos que perder em algum momento com o par de AA agora às vezes a melhor coisa é saber como jogá-lo para dar valor à piscina ou para garantir sua vitória ou, finalmente, dobrar

I agree with you brother, but losing more than 70% of the time is ****ed. Hehe...
Looking at your picture I remembered i saw an equal at GGPoker playing at the same table I was playing. A $2.10 MTT I play every day. Guaranteed prize pool $1,500

Was it You?

Aces

Yep, there are three kinds of players:

Those who haven't yet lost with an AA (New players)

Those who have lost with an AA (Seasoned players)

And those who will lose with AA again (Persistent players)

I think that pretty much sums it up.

I had to lose with a pair of aces, against stairs and flush.
It is a horrible feeling because many times you play all in or put many chips in play thinking that you are going to win and in the end you want to start crying.

Losing in poker is part of it. We don't like to lose but we've grown a lot with it if we can handle this situation.

I once went all in pre-flop on 64 spades with a 2 7 offsuit and I beat someone who had pocket aces.

I think I got a full house, 7's full of 2s

That's poker.

You get AA you have a 85% chance of winning a HU hand. So you psychologically internalize that you're going to win some chips. You start getting chips in. The flop comes out a little wet and dynamic. But you have aces so you get some more chips in.

Now by river the board is flooded. There are straights, flushes, boats and quads in villains range. You're facing a large bet. But you've already psychologically internalized you're going to win the hand so you call.

Losing is part of poker and in any game. If you have a pair of AA in your hands, don't be afraid to play. But post-flop you may be losing. You often have to know how to let go.

Nobody can claim they've never lost with pocket aces, If they do they're lying.
