yes I can go without playing poker for a day or more but I'm always available to play poker so I play but I'm sure I can do more of my day-to-day tasks

Good morning everyone, I've been playing poker since the end of 2018, in the beginning yes, I wanted to play everyone and over time I started to learn about variance, I studied more and more and today I can go a few days without playing, but one of the poker players key fundamentals and regularity and volume in Mtts.

Obviously, I've stopped playing for 2 weeks, it was hurting me... I needed a break and now I'm back.

I can certainly do without poker for a few days, even now I took a little longer break in playing.
I think taking a break from gaming is good for everyone from time to time.

Sometimes I deliberately take a day or two off from poker to normalize my routine, get some sleep and cook something tasty to pamper myself. So yes, I can easily do without playing poker for a couple of days, even though I absolutely love it.

For me its getting harder and harder to stop for awhile do you have any tips so that I could focus on learning rather than playing continuously hoping something will change 🥲
And also how long you stayed without playing poker?
Learning the game is very important , ofc practicing it makes it perfect. Thats why need to balance it. You need to have another hobby which you love apart from poker to take your minds of poker for a while cos you will be bored if you dont have 2nd love as a hobby.
I have stayed 5 years without poker , no problem for me. I just stayed recently 3 months away from poker as well .

So it really depends on person to person basis

Although I play regularly, I can certainly live without poker. I've certainly taken longer breaks in between.

At the moment it is impossible for me for a pronounced time, perhaps 2 or 3 days I can be without playing, but I am restless, I need the adrenaline that poker produces in me.

If that's not your job, think of poker as a hobby. This will make it easier for you to control yourself. And make sure to pause the game once in a while.

For me too, it's been difficult to go a day without playing, I'm at a stage where I'm enjoying playing and learning and wanting to gain more experience

Yes, I have poker as a hobby. I was used to playing every day and now I'm only playing on the weekends.

Yes, of course, but I am happy when I have the time to play. :)
It is my moment of relaxation in the evenings like for other people it is the TV.
