My best poker quality is patience.
My second best poker quality is a focus on the long-term.
The biggest challenge to the long-term focus, is that I have much less time on this planet than most Cardschat members, and at the low stakes I play, the long-term will never arrive.

obviously, the patiance, what many comments mention, does not work for me, and I know 99.9% of players, probably everybody runs out of it sometimes. And you can't measure the loss, because of that in any meaning.

I have no best quality, or I can name many things for a while, when the 'while' ends, it is not anymore the best, so I can name something else.

Selecting the right level and structure tourneys, and play only those can be one day, when I will find 100+ in the 'perfect' category, nowadays, I struggle to find 30 within 4-6 hours starting time...

I'd say my biggest strength is caution. If the story adds up I am able to get away from hands that were crushed, but also I am not easy to bluff, as I snap call and usually win when I pick up on weakness.

My "best" quality as it applies to poker. In my opinion, my work ethic. I love schedules, I set a schedule and I keep it. This really helps me when I want to study the game and it is a big asset when I have an online tournament schedule. I show up, and follow through, in my opinion this is what allowed me to start as a CC freeroll club member. (I am still an active club member) BUT I have built up bankrolls on most sites available to US players.

Sorry for the long-winded answer, I think many people do not think of poker like a "job". Don't get me wrong, I love the game and playing is never work, but I set up my schedule as if it is a serious part of my life

Patience is my best characteristic in poker, I think so. It's pretty easy for me to wait a long time for a good hand and not get nervous.
