Adjusting to Different Player Pools

One thing I’ve noticed is how dramatically strategy changes depending on the player pool. Low-stakes games tend to be more passive and call-heavy, while mid-stakes have more aggression and 3-bet pressure. How do you guys systematically adjust when moving up or down in stakes?​

Playing for example freerolls feels like completely different game compared to when there is even some moderate amount of money involved. As the feeling is completely different, I think I just auto-adjust and straighten up my came and try to appear like a professional. Seriously speaking, I don't know. I'd like to hear people's thoughts!

The biggest adjustment isn't the cards; it's the Mental Pressure. A 3-bet at $100NL feels different than one at $5NL, even if the math is the same. I suggest 'shot-taking'—play 1 table of the higher stake and 3 tables of your 'comfort' stake.
