One thing I’ve noticed is how dramatically strategy changes depending on the player pool. Low-stakes games tend to be more passive and call-heavy, while mid-stakes have more aggression and 3-bet pressure. How do you guys systematically adjust when moving up or down in stakes?

Playing for example freerolls feels like completely different game compared to when there is even some moderate amount of money involved. As the feeling is completely different, I think I just auto-adjust and straighten up my came and try to appear like a professional. :D Seriously speaking, I don't know. I'd like to hear people's thoughts!

The biggest adjustment isn't the cards; it's the Mental Pressure. A 3-bet at $100NL feels different than one at $5NL, even if the math is the same. I suggest 'shot-taking'—play 1 table of the higher stake and 3 tables of your 'comfort' stake.
