What game style and stakes do you think are good for building a bankroll?
Tournaments (KO, Mystery Bounty, Guaranteed)
Spin & Go $0.25 or $1
Regular tables 0.02bb or 0.10bb
Heads-up
Which of these modes do you think is best for building a bankroll of $10-$50?

I don't know either, but curious to hear what others say. I'd probably begin with freerolls and microstakes online, or cash games in-person and slowly move up in stakes when your bankroll allows you to safely do so.

If you’re starting with a bankroll of $10–$50, the most important thing is variance control and proper bankroll management. Spin & Go and heads-up games can be very volatile, so your bankroll can disappear quickly if you run bad.
For a small bankroll, low-stakes regular tables (like 0.02bb) or small buy-in tournaments usually give better longevity and learning opportunities. Tournaments can build a bankroll with a good run, but cash games help you control risk and improve fundamentals over time.
In my opinion, starting with micro-stakes cash tables and occasionally mixing in small tournaments is the safest way to grow a small bankroll.

Only play games you like (unless they are freerolls) do not chase money in games you do not like or are not that good at. As your bankroll is between $10-$50 play microstakes and freerolls until it grows and then move up the levels BUT MOVE BACK DOWN when you hit a downturn and start losing.
