This is a bad question. There's no best way to play a hand. Every poker hand, is a math problem with specific particularities. Stack size, position, information on villains available, all influence your decision making. I don't think looking for easy guidelines or rule of thumb is the proper way to learn

QQ is a premium hand so if you are close to ITM over 10 BBs for example, and do not want to expose just a raise and fold to 2x larger stacks that tribetarem
Already at the beginning of the tournament must play harder to have folds but avoid going too hard not to miss for Ak eg

Already in advanced stages in ITM should play it very aggressively for example at 15 BBs or less must play ALL in already for levels above 20BB's must play with one 3x raise depends on how the table is aggressive or not

A little math: With a pair of queens you have a 79.3% chance of winning against an opponent whose cards you don't know. Against two opponents your odds are reduced to 64.4%. Against three, at 53.4%. So going all-in against several opponents can never be a good idea. It's still a premium hand, but no hand is invincible.

with 10-15 blind aggressive play , I just shove , but with more blinds a x3 raise and next moves are dictated by the action that follows , the number of other players still in pot , flop texture , etc :)
