I would always always rather be the aggressor than the caller, with any pair, sub 10-10. sometimes you need to hero call, but it would entirely be based on seeing previous action and holdings.

Its all aboute ICM ... U have to CALL more tigth, because the chips u won dont worth the same as the chips that you loose.
When are 4 or 5 players, u can push: any pair, All Ax suited, A5o+, K5s+,K9o+, 10Js+. And Call: 99+ATs+AQo+

All in on any pocket pair pre-flop is 50/50 coin flip

I am a recreational player and play small stakes 9 handed sit-n-gos. I used to play $3 buy ins and was having a successful win rate but after a long loosing streak I came to the conclusion that it wasn't variance but instead holes in my game that was to blame. I have now been playing 50 cent buy ins. With these loose reckless players I often fold 99 and lower to an all in pre flop raise over 10 big blinds unless my pot odds are favorable. I guess I would rather avoid the flip even if I might have the Best of it. Of course it depends on the situation and what kind of player is putting their stack in but I struggle with whether or not I'm playing too tight in those situations.

It doesn't matter what pocket pair or what your hand is going all in pre-flop is gambling and a 50/50 chance to win at best no matter what your hand is. Anyone that tells you differently is mistaken. Look it up on flopzilla. If you want to gamble than go play the lottery or slots. Poker is a game of skill for those who are winning players. If you want to win you got to learn more about reading your opponents Have discipline and patience. You also got to know poker math and how to put your opponents on hand ranges. Poker is complex and the more you know the better you are. I have watched players on twitch that where ok players get better the more they studied and played. I read books and i am watching videos on youtube they basically give you the same information as these paid sites. Poker is a game that you can never stop learning about and get better at. But one thing i have learned is going all in pre-flop no matter what hand you have is 50/50. Most pro players will tell you that if they are honest and truthful. it would depend on what read you have on your opponents to even do it but most will go all in on any poker pair in micro and low stakes poker. My advice until our good enough at reading your opponents and willing to lose your money don't go all in before pre-flop your just gambling if you do.

going all-in takes away the edge, that u supposed to have.
if you will not be permited to play post flop at decent ABI г can see postflop at 5bb at micros. use that to ur advantage.

I would fold the medium pairs in the early part of the sit and go when faced with all in that would put me all in. In the early part I would only risk my whole stack with very premium hands, it's just not worth busting out at that point. Later on though it's a different story especially against reckless players

Set on the Flop

I will almost always call to the flop with any pair, hoping for a set. If I don't get a set on the flop I immediately fold, (with a small pair). Its risky play but if I get a set, reward outweighs the risk.
