I used to look a lot, but after a while it became boring.Nowadays, everyone has less and less free time, and this time must be utilized.
Watching streams, i think, is a waste of time. More meaningful to read books, watch movies, or spend some time playing video games,or playing poker!

I'd recommend https://www.twitch.tv/gripsed . He's the only streamer I've stuck around for for more than an hour at a shot. He's on a sabbatical of sorts now, but you can catch his past videos.
