This is interesting thread cause it reminds me of a recent hand I was in.
I was playing Omaha and flop top two in a dry rainbow board with no straight draws with four to the flop. OOP and first to act I checked as best hand would be a set which happens lot more in Omaha than HE. 2nd and 3rd player checks The 4th player the dealer makes a pot size bet (Dealer was the original raiser )The flop was A-8-4. I have a feeling the dealer could not be playing AAxx so I repotted
The other two guys were upset and threw away their cards. The dealer folded. 2nd player said he had A-8 as well and 3rd player said he had an A as well. They ask me what I had. I didn’t say anything. Rest of the table said I might been
bluffing if I didn’t have top set.
So I think this is similar situation. I 3bet cause I figure I either best hand over the dealer so I pushed. What the OP did was similar and was not a
bluff IMO. It was push /shove or jam. Whatever you call it and that better definition than a bluff
