best time to play poker is so personal however there are some general brain storming about that . for me the best time to play is when i have had a good nights sleep, and wake up in a good mood. what ever you do do not play after drinking alcohol or havong fought with your girlfriend or wife or family, or when you are too tierd of a bad day job. taking care of your health, drinking regular amounts of water, meditation and yoga or exercising, and having a good meal during a day help you improve with your decisions at the poker table
