i never play mobile, only desktop (or live with friends sometimes). In my oppinion, mobile would be too relaxed, casual, no focus at all

I mostly play on my laptop, and whenever I am grinding multiple tables across different poker clients, I like to hook it up to my big 34-inch monitor. It just makes everything feel more organized and easier to follow.

On top of that, I usually have YouTube running in the background, watching stuff about finance, markets or poker streams. It kind of puts me in the zone and helps me stay engaged without getting distracted.

The funny thing is, when I am playing on that big screen setup, I m actually really disciplined. I take my time, think through decisions and stick to solid strategy. But when I am out somewhere and playing on my phone, its a completely different story.
I get impatient, start playing weak hands and make bad decisions way more often, which usually ends in losses.

Honestly, I think it just comes down to habit. Over the past 5-7 year, I have trained myself to focus properly at my desk, but I havent built that same level of discipline on my phone.
