I think most players fidget during a Tournament, You only need to open your ears before a game starts and listen to the chips being shuffled, it can be deafening, It might reduce slightly once the cards are in the air, but it is still there.
The things is, Is it a Tell or just nerves of anticipation? Personally I don't read too much into it unless the person fidgeting suddenly stops, this is usually a sign they hit big and want to try and disguise the fact. Which of course gives me the warning light to proceed carefully.

I normally always have a deck of cards in my hand or my rubiks cube whilst playing online. IT just gives my hands something to do.

I only get restless when they don't deal good cards to play and I'm short of chips in tournaments. sometimes I try to distract myself by listening to music or watching a video so as not to get desperate and wait for good hands.

I think it can happen online from time, as it's easier to act impulsively. Live, I'm more stoic.

Should probably be more focused about monitoring my behavior while playing online, but there are other higher priorities for attention and growth right now...

I really don't like slow players and I like free rolls too.

I fidgit all the time while I'm playing cards.

I’m really bad at this. I try to be really patient but I find I have to do something with my hands. I find sometimes it helps me to focus. I like the idea of using a Rubik’s cube. My friend suggested I get a fidget spinner?

I try not to distract myself with physical motions. However I usually put something on tv and half pay attention to it. I feel it's important to stay as focused on other players play-style though, so I try not to get distracted for more than a minute.

I definitely move my cursor like crazy and over click all the time. My wife gives me crap about it haha I also tend to bite my nails. I blame anxiety for the last one. The over clicks are me getting tilted or being impatient.
