Playing on mobile is a really bad idea if you're trying to get good. Stats are extremely important in online poker. If you're just playing for fun go nuts, but if you're at all serious about this, you should always play on Desktop.

No, it’s not convenient for me and the atmosphere of the distribution doesn’t convey it.

I only play on PC. I open 888 on my phone when I can't play on PC, but it's quick. It's difficult to play on my phone; you can't pay attention, and it's also uncomfortable.

I don't play on mobile, I don't have any apps downloaded. I don't like it, the screen is too small...

I play on my laptop, I prefer the bigger screen. When playing tournaments you can also look out information about certain players. You can see their VPIP, percentage oh hands they raise, how many hands they play. So you can narrow down the hands they can have. Also, you can see how much they have in tournament winnings. But mostly for the bigger screen.

I play mostly on Laptop, Mobile I play only when unable to play in PC might be traveling or no power at home. ( refer the attachment for Pros and Cons)

Practical Recommendation

  • Play on Desktop/Laptop when:
    • You’re deep in an MTT (bubble, FT, etc.).
    • You’re multi-tabling or studying performance.
    • You care about precision and maximizing ROI.
  • Play on Mobile when:
    • You’re casually playing one game.
    • Traveling or don’t want full setup.
    • You’re in early/mid stages of small-stakes MTTs or freerolls.

Currently, the best mobile app, in my opinion, is GG Poker. It has a good interface and overall gaming experience. There are many features and things that could be improved.

I enjoy playing on both PokerStars and the WPT. Both I play on PC and Mobile, but if I need to choose one, I prefer WPT. :)

From the mobile versions, I play on 888 and PokerStars. If I have to choose between the two, I prefer PokerStars.

I prefer to play on the computer. I don't think it's so serious on the cell phone

I use both, my PC for lighter rooms and my cell phone for heavier rooms. For example, I open ggpoker and wpt from my cell phone because these two rooms consume a lot of resources and the computer overheats. In my case, I have a laptop with 20GB of RAM and even so, the lag is very noticeable, and my battery drains super fast.

Hello everyone!
I’m curious—how many of you play poker using mobile apps?
I mostly play on PC, but lately, I’ve been trying GG Poker’s mobile version. It’s convenient, but sometimes I experience lag.
Which platform do you prefer for poker—PC or mobile? What are the pros and cons for you?
If I am playing in freeroll tournaments, I play on my tablet or PC...I'm still usually at home (except for vacation), but I can watch TV while playing on my tablet. If I play cash games, I only use my PC...more reliable, but there are always those times you get disconnected with a great hand...it has happened to me three times with pocket aces...I make a decent raise, hoping to trap and collect a huge pot in the end...then I get disconnected and lose due to timed out.

I play on my phone sometimes, but I still prefer using the computer. I feel more comfortable and play better on PC.

Sometimes I play on mobile, but honestly, it’s much more comfortable playing on a PC or laptop. I play on GGPoker a lot.

I only play on PC; playing on multiple screens simultaneously wouldn't be very good on my phone.

I prefer mobile when I don't have the possibility for Laptop. Yes, there is a little bit of lag (maybe?) on GGPoker mobile App, but a lot of times it is also the page just loading, and it is not that bad at all. Maybe if you are used to Laptop, you might experience mobile version a little bit slow, but it's really not a big deal I think.
