I use 5 min breaks to reset mentally. During breaks, I step away from the screen, walk a bit, do different exercises, hydrate, and avoid anything stimulating. Before playing, I keep it simple: light food, maybe some coffee, and a clear goal focused on decision quality, not results. I also reduce tables if I feel concentration slipping. The key is recognizing early signs of fatigue autopilot, missed details, emotional reactions and pausing instead of pushing through and making costly mistakes.
