I play only in pokerstars as it is one of the few legal sites in my country. Regarding the time - no more than 3 hours per day usually and rarely more than 3 days per week.

Only at pokerstars and when I have time, especially on days when I am not on work or have more free time outside the family. About the time - can play 1 hour and can play 10 - it really depends on what feeling I am and if my game is satisfied. If I am progressing the tournaments, for sure play more than 5 hours.
