where or how do you get that info?

You can use a tracker (in this case it is HoldemManager3, but all other major trackers like Pokertracker4, H2N, DriveHud2 are able to do that)
to import your played hand histories into your database.

In that database you can filter your winning/losing hands in categories, like 1 pair, two pair, sets, trips straights and so on.

If you filter your database for straight flushes you get these results.
