I think the sites have a card distribution system and how the game will happen, but it's up to the player to make the best decisions at any given time.

Sooner or later, you always get the feeling that the RNG is rigged, and then it's not worth playing at all. Poker requires a lot of patience. And never play with money you're not prepared to lose. While some sites may indeed be rigged, most sites earn a very decent income from rake and certainly wouldn't rig anything at the risk of damaging their reputation.
