Im doing a maximum of 2, and thats only if two games I want to be in run at the same
time. Cash games I play a max of 1 at a time. Its too stressfull to keep up to all the extra
beeps and stuff playing more than that.

I play up to 6 tables. But more than 4 I feel I lose a little bit of focus. Also, I dont think that playing one or four tables changes my chance of getting itm.

2 tables no more. It is necessary to follow the players; this is not a lottery)

Hello, the right thing is to play 3 or 4 tables at the same time, otherwise you could lose concentration and make bad decisions.

I don't know how anyone can concentrate properly with more than two games at once.

I've answered this in another thread a year ago or more- kind of wonder what I said then lol - anyway today I feel like 3-4 is really easy to keep track of. IF I play 7 or 9 which is my limit, it's too much for me

As a beginner player I try to restrict myself to only two tables at a time, though I sometimes play three if I’m feeling up for it.

3-4 tables

playing 3-4 tables seems to be a lot of other responses as well and I can agree with that.

If I start playing more than the game starts going too fast for my gameplay.

But on the other hand one table can get boring as it’s too slow of play. The exception is if I’m deep in the money. Then I stop joining new games to have complete focus on winning the deep run tournament I’m in.

Hello! I am comfortable playing no more than four tables at a computer or laptop, and no more than two from a mobile. The mobile phone cannot cope with a large number of tables and you can miss a good hand or a profitable situation (nuts).

I run 2 games each if I'm playing multiple sites, if it's 1 site only- usually 2 to 4 games

I prefer only playing 1 table. I can do fine with 2 but don't like it as much. 4 table is the absolute max I will play in sit n go or tourney. I would never play more than 2 at a time in a cash game. This is only speaking for myself. Obviously way better players than I am can crush 10 tables at a time better than I can play 1.

I like 4. They fit nicely on the screen, with no stacking. It is enough to keep me from making stupid plays out of boredom.

I agree every table decreases your edge a little, but most hands are exactly like others I have played, so there is not a ton of decision making. - at leas in the micros, where I am playing now. ( I still only play 4 right now. I played more in the pre-black Friday era.)

No more than four tables. I've tried playing more, but it's a bad idea for me. I like to play quietly, and when you do not have time, you start to get nervous and make bad decisions. Two tables for a beginner - the most optimal solution

If it's tournaments, I'll have between 5 to 7 tables. For cash games I went up to 10, but lowered to 6-8 tables.

MTT only.
There are other similar threads to this one and they all contain some good points. If you play on more than one site and you qualify for some lucrative payouts in free rolls that you qualify for...play them all...5-10-15.. whatever. Depending upon the field, all you need are a few good hands to double or triple up and you are 99% certain of making it into the cash. The bad beats will be there also so weight your games accordingly. Take bigger chances in the larger fields (perhaps you may catch the perfumed end of the bad beat stick) and hedge your bets in the smaller and smarter fields. Once you have the required number of chips, you can then sit-out those games while attending to other things knowing you will have added a few more cents to your bankrolls. If it seems like you can do nothing wrong (the poker gods are helping you) then keep pushing into those games if you don't have more pressing matters to attend to.:flute:
