Deposit USD10 and start playing S&G for $0.50 or $0.25... and when you manage to double that money, play a tournament for $1.00 or $1.50... that can take away your "boredom"

You should try to study more about how to behave at the table, this could help you keep your bank

I think if you're bored playing free games, it won't make a difference if you deposit money and play on them because you can win free tournaments and then raise money, but if you don't do it, after that, when you deposit money, you will lose them or you will also get bored playing

Take a few hours to reduce your monthly bills. Find ways to save on utility bills, try to lower your phone bill. Think about what expenses you can completely eliminate and take up poker for money.

It depends on your definition of "fun". If "funs" means a different structure, then probably yes. Many freerolls these days are hyperturbos, which quickly turn into a preflop shove-fest. Some are also satellites, where maybe 1.000`s of players compete for a few tickets. If this is the problem, then almost any regular game might be more fun for you. Like even a $0,25 or $1 On-demand SnG on PokerStars.

However if "fun" means the chance to win significant money, then its obvious, that you cant get such a chance without also investing. Maybe you could play Spin n Gos or mystery bounty MTTs, which have a lottery element in them. But as with other lotteries the chance of hitting the big jackpot is very low. So that might also become boring after a while, when you constantly win the minimum bounty or hit the 2 or 4 multiplier on the Spin n Gos.

So for me the best solution is probably to listen to the advice in the previous post and find some money for a starting bankroll. This does not need to be a huge sum. $50-$100 is a fine starting point, and then you just go from there. I started with a $100 deposit on PokerStars, and had I not withdrawn most of my winnings, I would now have almost $10.000 to play with. Plus some winnings from cash games. And there are plenty of high stakes pros from eg. Brasil, that started with something similar. It just takes time, a lot of work and a bit of talent.

Poker can be played on many different sites, I found Pogo.com years ago and played on that site, all kinds of games from Dominoes, Chess, Cribbage, Solitaire and different Poker formats, The only problem is when you are playing for Fun People have a different attitude when they start to play for real money. So don't think that by playing fun money games you are going to kill it on the cash tables, Poker doesn't work that way.
Trying to learn Poker on Fun sites is all well and good and of course Risk-Free but until you invest real money you are not going to come up against really good Poker players, It is the same when you transition from Freerolls into buy-in Tournaments, You are going to come up against much better players, and the higher you take the game, the higher the buy-in, the better your opponents get.
That is why I always tell beginners don't look at Poker, as a way of making money, because you won't, Most of the time you are going to lose, so the better question is How much am I going to Lose? That is down to you and how much you are willing to lose, and how fast you learn the game.

I shall say shortly and simply: Poker without Money this is not Poker! Then, by private opinion, Poker as Game is losing any sense... That's it!

That's a wrong way of thinking, you've never followed a Youtuber making a big run from 1$ to 1000$ so accept that you're a bad player If you want to continue playing, try to understand how these great players behave at the table. You will see that the technique used is much more important than having a large bankroll.

If you can deposit some dollars, simply try that. If you cannot, play the freerolls and try to win.
If you can reach the paying seats or the final table, then you are a good player. Know that the level and severity of the players changes depending on the buy-in. In general, cash or freeroll both depend on mastering poker strategies and skills. Good luck;)
Sometimes we get a ready-made fish, and with our recklessness we scare it away😉, and this fish may be the reason we get to a good position

No money and not enough experience is boring but putting some money in the game, or money acquired from a freeroll that went well, can totally change the involvement or fever of the game. Take care, manage your bankroll and don't jump head first, no jumps, just good steps. Good luck!

I think its a hard way to start the grind with less money and sometimes boring to play for some cents. But if you did not spent any own money its the only way to get success and money. I have started a lots of times a run to higher level. But it did not work on a long run. I had some nice cashes but n then i get a slump a did not reduce my limit and crashed my bankroll.

888 has a huge number of good freerolls. If you do not have an account on 888, be sure to create one. Every day, in the morning and until late in the evening, several wonderful freerolls are held there, in which you can win both money and promising tournament tickets.

Deposit a small amount on a site and play the smallest games they have. Play until you have enough to move up. If that doesnt work play on sites that uses play money like replay poker.

I guess its each to their own. I can not see any point of playing poker that doesn't involve a prize. I would be bored in 30 seconds if no money was on the line. At least in most freerolls a cash prize is up for grabs which is better than nothing, if that bores you maybe follow the advice of the members and save up a bit and play sit and go games for 25 cents. Good luck.

Mostly its just freerolls. Maybe try hearing some music while you play so it doesn't get that boring. Maybe you can try another game or maybe poker just isn't for you.
