Does anyone slow play pocket Aces or just go all in with them

It depends on many factors, on the stage of the tournament, on the position at the table and on the opponents. I just monitor all these factors and only then make a decision on how to act.

it depends if is a cash or tournament, stack sizes, blind sizes etc.

It pretty much depends on the situation.
I usually play normally rather than the other high pockets, because I don't want to indicate to my opponent that I have aces.
Also, I want to stay against one opponent, so that's also a factor.
