When you stop playin online for years and come back

Well I took a 5-year break from online, but it has cost me half of the sites I like to play on. I didn't realize that if you make a new account, they block ya. So I lost ACR and now Wpt ( I didn't even realize I had an account there). I, of course, lost all my old info for loggining in. I wish I could appeal this but I have had zero luck. So this makes me play a lot move live, and sometimes I don't wanna go play live. Anyway, thanks for letting me rant lol..

You might want to use a password manager to keep all your passwords.

Obviously this is for future use.

Hi, you could try to write to their customer support and see if they can help you. I took a break of about 5-6 years from 888Poker, and wrote on this site to 888Poker customer support and they gave me access back. It was actually very easy. I think even WPT have customer support even on this site. I don't know about their service, but 888 were very fast to answer.

Well... a lot has happened in the poker world and gameplay in these past 5 years.
So.. take some time to brush up a little before you jump right in the high buy-ins.

He means that he registered again and got banned for multi-accounting. It’s unlikely they’ll help him — usually players who violate this rule are permanently banned.

Well, even if you stop playing for years, it would be a good idea to log into your accounts once every 3-4 months or so... if you can.
That would ensure the continuation of your accounts i guess

It's too bad you didn't have any players or friends at the time who could have warned you about all the risks associated with possible bans. In any case, you should contact support and try to restore your account, explaining the reason. It's best to call and speak with them in person.
