Anyone withdraw from 888 recently ? Are they going under. ?

It’s funny , I posted maybe 1.5 years ago about being worried about withdrawing once I actually won something . Posters on here assured me they were legit, and once I started winning a bit my money was in my CAD account like clockwork….first time almost a whole day, but after it was always 10 minutes , super fast !
But now on the sub Reddit, I am seeing a few posts per day complaining about additional red tape , or simply getting account blocked with $1000’s available . When it was one post a week, I was 100% on 888‘s side because I always got paid, but now, hearing stories how business is way down. But now seems like 2-3 complaints DAILY. They cancelled 3 popular freerolls yesterday, the $450, $500, AND SPORTSFAN $500. I know I am not the only player who plays these regularly

I have another smaller amount that will become available next week due to wagering requirements, we shall see if that cash comes at all. But damn if they are indeed going under & purposely squeezing every last penny from unsuspecting players, while pros everywhere still have an 888 sponsorship logo on their shirts….very scummy

But hey, I will wait until that I make that withdrawal request…..Just a warning y’all, doesn’t look good

I've never had any problems with 888, the site takes a while to verify the documents, but the withdrawal there doesn't take 1 minute for me. But I haven't left large amounts on any site, just what's necessary to play.

No issues withdrawing from 888Poker but I feel it's possible they could deny withdrawals soon... They in general have made lot of changes which make me play less. I feel like site is becoming smaller.

Overall 888Poker is legacy site, I love it. I cherish it. I will be customer of theirs until I am 8 feet under.

I've never had any problems with withdrawals at 888poker, it's usually very quick, the money is in my account in around an hour.

Yes lots of problems reported here and on other forums. My withdrawal of 481 is also in limbo. After I sent the documents required they just unlocked my account and deleted all my withdrawal options but my withdrawal is still not processed after one week.

Rep here on the forum seems to be inactive too.

Even though I have not played on 888 Poker for a few years, I am sad to hear this. I hope, they are not actually going down, and that these are just some temporary issues, that will be fixed.

I think this is a valid concern.

888, in particular (at least in Brazil), has very fast payment methods. They're also one of the few casinos that doesn't require rollovers or wagering a percentage of the deposit to make a withdrawal.

I've never had any problems with them, but this is a real concern... Because regulations differ in the various countries where we're using them, we're somewhat at the mercy of the goodwill and integrity of the poker rooms, which can simply shut us down at any moment for no reason, as we've heard several reports (some with good reason, some not so good).

Therefore, we as players must always keep an eye on the community in general to look for warning signs if some rooms start to fail users.

888Holdings is a huge company... I highly doubt they'll go bankrupt or anything like that... But in any case, we'll keep an eye on them and be vigilant.
