Is there a way to get around the fact bovada no longer allows ny residents to sign up for their site?

I recently hit a 12 team Parlay on Bovada. I requested a withdrawal of 2500 back on my card which they told me I can do. It was approved 10/19/2015. I also requested a check withdrawal of 3000.It was approved 10/22/2015. I am a US Player. I have not received any money back on my card or a check by mail. My first withdrawal has been over 1 to 7 business days. Anyone else having trouble?

Describe "timely"? After not getting my withdraw to card and nearly 6 weeks later having it returned to my Bovada account I requested a check. Here we are just about 2 weeks from the check request and no tracking number info let alone a check.

I emailed them about 7/8 business days after I requested the check asking for a tracking number or timeline, neither of which they could provide but they reminded me it was the 7th business day so its on average 10 business days which will be today. If I don't have a tracking number for the check delivery by the 11th business day I'll be expecting a comp or rollover. It's been nearly 2 months since I made a request for my money and they still haven't delivered.

I do know people IRL who have gotten check payouts from them in my area prior to March. One had his check within 4-5 business days of requesting it, another had his in about 12-15 business days after requesting it. So I'm not concerned that they won't pay me just annoyed hearing all these people getting such fast payouts and here I've been waiting.

Yeah. VFF just seems risky for US players to me. I'm not sure you guys are understanding what these non-approved US serving sites have to do to get your money to you. Save yourself the headaches and just request a check.

Timely = 4-7 business days on average.

Earlier today got a text from DHL saying a delivery from Singapore was heading my way with a tracking number saying estimated delivery this Thursday coming up.

Then later in night an email from Bovada saying my check was processed and on the way with DHL tracking.

Finally, now I can see if it shows up and if i can actually deposit it in a timely manner.

Does anyone know why the checks from bovada are taking longer to be delivered?

I think it is probably due to a high number of cash outs. All the checks I have received from bovada have cleared. I did have to wait a couple weeks. The bank said I will not have to wait next time one they see it will clear.

I am getting a check from them today. they sent me a tracking # and it came from Singapore. I requested the withdrawal on may 28. They also sent me a message saying don't try to cash it at a check cashing place. What kind of check is this ?

Cash out at Bovada

I Just received a Bank Draft from a Singapore Bank for $1250. In the envelope it came in there was also a note:
Dear Sir?Madam,
This draft has been issued by the bank in Singapore.
Kindly note this cheque cannot be cashed. It can only be deposited into payee's own bank account.

Pretty scary huh. Well I took it to my bank and deposited it. The girl asked me what it was. I looked her straight in the eye and said with all the confidence I could muster. "It's an international bank draft" I purposely stressed the word international. thus making it sound very important. Then I gave her a look like, What you've never seen one of these? She said "Oh, Okay" It deposited and the Standard amount of $200 was credited to my account immediately.

It could be that they are really behind with the problems their are having with VFF or with an influx of BTC withdrawal requests. Or they may be trying to get people to withdraw via BTC.

Yea I received a check just like that last time. The first one I received was from Canada and it only took 5 days and was able to cash it that day.

This morning I checked my account and the check cleared. All the money was available. In the past when I have used Bovada's visa fast funds it's always taken about 10 days. so this is just a couple days extra no biggie The best part of this is it was all free. they charged me nothing for the withdrawal.

I never had a problem with casing out, but is been 13 days I haven't receive my check yet so I hope I get this check and deposited , cleared out and never ever ever play at this site again

They are making a major change in processors and how Bovada poker is delivered. So I'm not surprised there's some delay right now.

My check came in yesterday 6/25/16. It was from canada. the bank says I have to wait till the company on the check puts these funds into their accounts before I can access these funds. Does anyone know how long this will take?

It depends on your bank, but typically 1-5 business days.

I am satisfied if I get my check and it clears within a month. I can tolerate a little slowness.

No, but a couple of days of holding is not uncommon. If it's not clear by Monday, then I'd contact them. Of course it's a holiday though monday in the US.

They had a bunch of Visa Fast Fund issues in early March that jammed things up. Also as others said, they've been pushing Bitcoin. Plus given their good track record of timely payments they can slow up a little and still be considered much better/faster than any other site right now serving US players.

I got a check from them after the whole VFF fiasco, once they finally released my funds back to my Bovada acct, I requested a check, took about 14 days or so to arrive, cashed it via mobile banking App and cleared same day.

And yes my check came from Singapore with the same typed statement.

14 days or 14 business days.... I requested my payout on Sunday the night after the Cavs game and I still haven't gotten a tracking number. I haven't cashed out in a few months but it has never taken this long before
